CONTESTANT’S AGREEMENT & DECLARATION
参赛者公约及声明

1. I hereby confirm and declare all the above information is true and correct. If found any of the above information is false or untrue, the Organiser has the absolute right to deal with it in any manners, including disqualifying me from the competition or stripping of any title I may be awarded without any objection.
   本人在此确认及声明所有上述资料为真实及正确。如被发现以上任何资料事虚假或不真实，主办方有绝对权力以任何方式处理，包括取消我的参赛资格或褫夺我赢取的任何头衔，不得异议。
2. I hereby agree to abide by all rules and regulations of the Competition as imposed by the Organiser and will take punctually part in all lawful related activities, including attending any trainings, sponsors’ activities and positively taking part in all competition segments as arranged by the Organiser.
   本人同意遵守主办方对比赛设定的所有规条及规例，及准时参与主办方安排的所有合法相关活动，包括参与培训, 赞助商活动及积极参与所有比赛环节。
3. I hereby agree to maintain a positive attitude during and after the Competition, and shall not make any negative or other comments, oral or written, online or offline, which may adversely affect the reputation of the Competition.
   本人同意在比赛期间及之后保持正面的态度，及不会在口头上或书面上作出任何负面意见，无论在线上或线下，而可能导致比赛或主办方的声誉有所受损。
4. If I shall win any title to the Competition, I agree not to participate in any other beauty contest in Malaysia or elsewhere within ONE year from the date of the Final of the Competition.
   如我赢取比赛的任何头衔，我同意在决赛后一年内不会在马来西亚或其他地区参加其他选美或才艺比赛。
5. I hereby grant the Organiser and its assignees the license and absolute right to use my photos, videos provided by me whether for promotion of this current Competition or for future Competition or any other commercial purposes. For photos and videos taken by the Organiser during and after this Competition, I agree that the copyright shall belong to the Organiser, and the Organiser has the absolute right to use these materials for any commercial use in Malaysia or elsewhere without my consent and without payment of any remuneration during and after the Competition.
   本人特此授予主办方及其受让人使用我提供的照片，视频的许可和绝对权利，无论是促进本次比赛还是将来比赛或任何其他商业目的。 对于主办方在本次比赛期间和之后拍摄的照片和视频，我同意版权属于主办方，主办方有绝对权利于比赛期间及之后将这些资料用于马来西亚或其他地方作为i任何商业用途，而不需要获得本人同意及不用另外报酬。
6. If I shall be selected as a contestant or finalist of this Competition, I agree to appoint the Organiser to be my Manager to manage all my commercial activities during and after this Competition, including but not limited to attending commercial events, shooting of advertisements, acting in television or movies, being ambassador and KOLs (key opinion leaders) for sponsors and brands, both online and offline for Malaysia and elsewhere, and to perform such lawful duties, including but not limited to regular or irregular posting of my Facebook and other social media accounts, as may be requested by the Organiser for the promotion of this Competition and the brands and events of the sponsors.
   如果本人被选为本次比赛的参赛者或决赛选手，我同意任命主办方为我的经理，以管理本次比赛期间和之后的所有商业活动，包括但不限于参加商业活动，拍摄广告， 电视或电影，或担任马来西亚和其他地方的赞助商和品牌的大使和KOL（主要意见领袖），并线上及线下执行此类合法任务，包括但不限于根据主办方要求定期或不定期在本人的Facebook和其他社交媒体帐户发布有关推广本次比赛及赞助商的品牌及活动。
