It’s less than 3 weeks before i have my wedding in Hong Kong and it suddenly hit me that i’ve got so many items that i’ve not decided of.

This made me jump out of bed at 2am in the morning and decided to go online to start working on things. Tonight i decided i should check out the hand bouquets that i will be using.

First i tried various searches in Google, with search terms such as :-
- hong kong flowers
- hong kong florist
- hong kong wedding flowers
- hong kong wedding bouquet
- hong kong hand bouquet

Most of the time i found similar florist stores online, but none that really captured my attention. The price range for a wedding hand bouquet in Hong Kong starts from HK$500 to HK$1,000.

In Malaysia, the similar hand bouquet would only cost RM150 to RM300 (which was about HK$300 to HK$600). I’m tempted to create my OWN wedding hand bouquet. When i was a teenager, i’ve actually worked part-time in a florist shop in Bangsar, Kuala Lumpur.

My fiancee would not be pleased if he hears me trying to do “another wedding task” by myself. He’s worried that i’ll be biting off more than what i chew, and at this point, i’m beginning to feel the same.

What colours should my wedding flowers be? Will it be roses, lilies, tulips or sunflowers? The more exotic the flowers, the more expensive i will need to expect to pay. However, in Hong Kong i’m definitely having a lot more variety of flower types to choose from.

From the online searches on search engines, i decided to browse a wedding magazine and found a few more advertisers and visited their florist store on the web. I did find a few floral design featured as contents in the wedding magazine, but there was No Website address, only a phone number. I couldn’t call at 3am in the morning right? It’s stressful to find something that you like, but unable to contact nor get instant price quotes when you really needed it. I wonder whether i’ll still remember to contact this flower designer’s name tomorrow?

Therefore for now, i’ll be probably just buying the wedding hand bouquet from a florist shop. There you have it, again an unresolved wedding issue, and even after searching online for over 1 hour, and checking out more than 20 websites, i could not decide what i wanted.
